Affiliations
Mustang Panda targeted government agencies in Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom with PlugX malware delivered through diplomatic-themed lure documents. There is also evidence that the hackers targeted agencies in France and Sweden as well, but whether they were successful in their attempts remains unclear.
