Meghan L. O’Sullivan is the Director of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs and Jeane Kirkpatrick Professor of the Practice of International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School. She is a Partner at the strategic advisory firm Macro Advisory Partners and the North American Chair of the Trilateral Commission. An educator, author, and advisor to companies, Meghan also has been policymaker, serving as Deputy National Security Advisor for Iraq and Afghanistan under President George W. Bush, a policy planner under former Secretary of State Colin Powell, and Vice Chair of the All Party Talks in Northern Ireland. Meghan is on the board of Raytheon Technologies and of non-profits addressing veterans, conflict, and energy/climate. She is a member of Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s Foreign Affairs Policy Board. Meghan has a BA from Georgetown University and a masters and doctorate from Oxford University.
